These Terms and Conditions govern your use of suhasinicrafts.com and purchases made from Suhasini Crafts. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. About Suhasini Crafts

Suhasini Crafts creates and sells handmade home decor, wall art, mirrors, tealight holders, jewellery and related handcrafted products.

Because many of our products are handmade, small variations in colour, texture, detailing, dimensions or finish may occur. These variations are part of the character of handmade work and are not necessarily defects.

2. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content or products for unlawful purposes.

We may update, suspend or modify parts of the website when reasonably necessary.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colours and other information are accurate.

However, colours may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting and photography. Handmade products may also contain minor natural variations from the item shown.

Where dimensions are stated, small variations may occur due to the handmade production process.

4. Custom and Personalized Products

Certain products can be customized in colour, size, design, detailing or other specifications.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving any agreed custom specifications before production begins.

Custom-made or personalized items are generally not returnable or exchangeable except where they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the agreed specifications.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout.

Our store's transactional currency may be Indian Rupees (INR), and your payment provider may display or convert amounts according to its own currency-conversion rules.

Payment must be completed at checkout unless otherwise expressly agreed.

We currently accept payment methods made available through our Shopify checkout, which may include credit/debit cards, PayPal and other supported payment providers.

Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted and paid for.

6. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

We may cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• a product is unavailable
• incorrect pricing or product information was displayed
• payment cannot be authorized
• the shipping destination is unsupported
• fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected
• a custom order cannot be fulfilled as requested

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may generally be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, subject to our cancellation rules.

Once production has begun on a customized or personalized item, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.

8. Processing and Production Time

Ready-to-ship products are generally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Handmade, made-to-order, customized or larger products may require additional production or preparation time.

Where a longer production period applies, it may be stated on the product page or communicated to the customer.

Processing time is separate from courier transit time.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to selected destinations, including:

• India
• United States
• United Kingdom
• Canada
• Australia

Available destinations may change from time to time.

Shipping methods, charges and estimated transit times are shown at checkout or described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, courier operations, weather, holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

10. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For orders shipped to the United States, Suhasini Crafts currently uses a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) arrangement. Applicable import duties and tariffs are accounted for in our shipping arrangement, so customers should not normally be asked to pay additional import duties upon delivery.

For the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and other destinations where applicable, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees or other customs charges may be payable by the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customs rules vary by country and may change.

11. Returns and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned in accordance with our 30-day Return & Refund Policy.

Returned items must generally be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

For standard returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Custom or personalized products, gift cards, final-sale products and other excluded items may not be returnable except where required by law or where an item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

12. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, refund or another agreed solution depending on the circumstances.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the designs, photographs, artwork, graphics, text, branding and other original content on this website belong to Suhasini Crafts or are used with permission.

They may not be reproduced, copied, commercially exploited or distributed without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Suhasini Crafts will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

15. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, customs delays, natural events, strikes, government restrictions, transport interruptions or similar events.

Where such an event occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to keep affected customers informed and assist where possible.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in the customer's country of residence.

Where legally permitted, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes to our business, services, legal requirements or website.
