Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.

## RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we accept returns only for damaged items or manufacturing defects within 14 days of delivery. Custom orders are final sale.

### Return Process for Damaged or Defective Items:
1. **Contact us within 14 days** of delivery by emailing our customer service team with your order number
2. **Provide photos** of the damaged or defective item(s) for our review
3. **Await approval** - we will review your request within 2-3 business days
4. **Return authorization** - if approved, we will provide a return authorization number and prepaid return shipping label
5. **Package securely** - wrap items carefully to prevent further damage during return shipping
6. **Ship the item** using the provided return label within 7 days of receiving authorization
7. **Refund processing** - once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

*Note: Items must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return criteria.*
