Processing & Preparation Time
Suhasini Crafts pieces are handmade and carefully prepared for dispatch.
Most ready-to-ship orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Handmade, made-to-order, customized, or larger pieces may require additional preparation time before dispatch.
Where a product requires a longer production period, this will be indicated on the product page or communicated with you after your order is placed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping to European Union destinations is temporarily unavailable while we update our international shipping and compliance arrangements.
Domestic Shipping — India
Standard domestic shipping is available within India.
Estimated transit time is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service.
International Shipping
International orders are sent using tracked courier services.
Typical transit times after dispatch are:
United States
- Tracked International Shipping: approximately 10–15 business days
- Express International Shipping: approximately 5–8 business days where available
United Kingdom, Canada & Australia
- Tracked International Shipping: approximately 10–15 business days
These estimates refer to transit time after dispatch and do not include any additional production or preparation time required for handmade or customized pieces.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, weather, local delivery conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
United States — Duties & Import Charges
Orders shipped to the United States are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
Applicable customs duties and tariffs are already accounted for in our shipping arrangement, so customers should not be asked to pay additional import duties on delivery.
United Kingdom, Canada & Australia — Import Charges
For destinations outside the United States, any applicable import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other customs charges may be payable by the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout or agreed in advance.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside Suhasini Crafts’ direct control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order value, product size, and selected shipping service.
Larger or oversized handmade pieces may require higher shipping charges because international couriers calculate freight using actual or volumetric weight.
For unusually large or custom orders, we may contact you if a special shipping quotation is required.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.
Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may occasionally take some time to appear after the shipment is collected.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that your shipping address, postal code, and telephone number are complete and accurate when placing your order.
Suhasini Crafts cannot be responsible for delays or additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.
If you notice an address error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible at suhasinicrafts@gmail.com.
Damaged Parcels
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at suhasinicrafts@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of:
- the damaged item
- the outer packaging
- the internal protective packaging
Please retain all packaging until we have reviewed the issue, as it may be required for a courier or insurance claim.
We will assess the situation and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Returns
Returns are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy. Please refer to that policy for return eligibility, timelines, return shipping responsibilities, custom-order exclusions, and refund processing.
Shipping Delays
We carefully track international shipments, but customs authorities and courier networks operate independently of Suhasini Crafts.
A delay in tracking or customs clearance does not necessarily mean that a parcel has been lost.
If your shipment appears unusually delayed, please contact us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
